RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that all delivered products are 100% authentic and within their valid usage period.

If you discover counterfeit products or items different from the quotation, we will issue a full refund based on the invoice.

Return/Exchange Timeframe

The return/exchange period depends on the product category and starts from the date of handover.

  • LCD screens, LED screens, and projector screens: Return/exchange within 15 days of use.
  • The screen must be free from dents, stains, discoloration, or scratches.
  • The projector screen must be intact, free from tears, stains, chemical marks, or creases, and must remain evenly stretched.
  • The screen frame must remain in its original condition.
  • Projectors: Return/exchange within 7 days or 10 hours of lamp usage.
  • Speakers, amplifiers, karaoke players, mixers, microphones, DSPs, streaming devices, switches, rack cooling systems, and rack cabinets: Return/exchange within 7 days of use.
  • Accessories (e.g., speaker cables, HDMI cables, connectors, etc.) that have been installed are not eligible for return/exchange.

Return/Exchange Conditions

All returned products must have:

  • The original warranty seal intact.
  • The full set of packaging (box, manuals, remote, etc.).

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at 0909 338 549 or email info@liza.com.vn with photos/videos of the product to help us assess its condition.
  2. Send the product back following our instructions.
  3. After inspection, if eligible, we will either:
  • Exchange the product for a new one of equal value.
  • Provide a refund as per the agreement.

Return/Exchange Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping if the return is due to damage during transit, packaging issues, or incorrect delivery by our company.
  • Customers bear the shipping cost if the return/exchange is due to personal reasons.
