ABOUT PAYMENT

We offer multiple flexible and secure payment methods:

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (Preferred): Customers can make payments directly to the company’s bank account as provided on the invoice.
  • Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard, subject to our partner’s payment system.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for local orders under 10 million VND.
  • Contract-Based Payment: For large project orders, specific terms will be detailed in the signed contract.

Note: For pre-ordered (custom) products, customers must pay a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value before we proceed with the import process.

Payment Terms

For reseller customers: Payment is made in two installments:

  • 1st Installment: 50% of the order value immediately after signing the contract.
  • 2nd Installment: 50% of the remaining amount upon product delivery.

For large project orders: Payment terms are outlined in the contract, typically following this schedule:

  • 1st Installment: 50% deposit upon contract signing.
  • 2nd Installment: 30% of the order value when the goods arrive at our warehouse.
  • 3rd Installment: 20% of the order value upon successful handover and acceptance.

Other Payment Terms: Can be adjusted based on mutual agreement and will be explicitly stated in the sales contract.
