We offer nationwide delivery services.

Delivery Time

The delivery time starts once the order is confirmed and the company has received the initial payment. Estimated delivery times:

• In-stock items: At least 7 working days, depending on the location.
• Pre-order items: Minimum 60 working days for import and delivery.

In cases of natural disasters or other exceptional events, delivery may be delayed beyond the agreed timeframe. We will continuously update customers on their order status via email or message.

Shipping Methods

• For local (inner-city) orders: Home delivery or via Lalamove.
• For intercity orders: Shipped through reliable carriers such as Viettel Post, etc.

Note: All items are securely packaged in specialized and sturdy boxes before shipping. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt. If there are any issues such as dents, scratches, or tampered labels, please report them to us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
